Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.


Role & Responsibilities:

  1. To create a strategic blueprint for acquisition of TASC Business through Govt. and Institution Business Channel and RBB Channel by driving various initiatives.
  2. Brining focus on penetration of Various Payment and Collection Solutions through Solution Sales channel in Institutional accounts to become their primary banker.
  3. Work Closely with E-Commerce Team, GIB Solutions team, Marketing team, etc for penetration in existing book and acquisition of new
  4. TASC customers by offering our Digital Solutions.
  5. Identifying and Closely working with Vendors for Offering Customized digital solutions as per customer requirements and providing other support.
  6. Pivotal role in successfully launching the First Virtual Channel for TASC Customers with Total Liabilities Growth of INR 757 Crores within first year of implementation.
  7. Setting up 5 virtual channels PAN India with 50 VIRMs, hiring resources, Training, Sales enablers, Monitoring/ Reviewing resource productivity, etc.
  8. Managing various important projects related to Channel.
  9. Management, Product development and Business development, etc.
  10. Design of products and related interventions backed by strong business analytics and insights on market needs and competitive opportunities available across various business segments.
  11. Preparation of Annual Budgets, Incentive plan and Scorecard for sales channel.
  12. Preparation of BRDs, Product/Process notes, SOPs to ensure smooth functioning of business requirements.
  13. Training of branches/GIB channel on Institutional Product, Process and Solutions.
