Role Description

Product Sales Manager

Key

• Identify and onboard new schools, preschools, and distributors for Crayo products.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to school decision-makers and educators.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, principals, and franchise partners.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for product promotions and workshops.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to guide product improvement and new launches.
• Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and school events for brand visibility.

Key skills and competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of preschool / early education segment preferred
• Basic understanding of educational products and pedagogy

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, or Marketing preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience in

  institutional / educational product sales

• Prior experience working with schools, publishers, or edtech companies is an advantage
