Role Description The Product Sales Manager will be responsible for driving institutional sales of Crayo products to preschools, early learning centers, and K–2 schools. The role demands strategic outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling to strengthen Crayo’s footprint across regions. Key Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new schools, preschools, and distributors for Crayo products. Conduct product demos and presentations to school decision-makers and educators. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories. Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, principals, and franchise partners. Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for product promotions and workshops. Gather market intelligence and feedback to guide product improvement and new launches. Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and school events for brand visibility. Key skills and competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Knowledge of preschool / early education segment preferred Basic understanding of educational products and pedagogy Qualification and Experience Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, or Marketing preferred) 3–6 years of experience in institutional / educational product sales Prior experience working with schools, publishers, or edtech companies is an advantage
