Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive company growth. As the Business Development Manager, you need to be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Your role will involve market research, client acquisition, sales, negotiation, collaboration, industry networking, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the EV Charging space. - Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and drive business growth. - Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and deliver tailored solutions. - Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Work closely with product development and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and build strategic partnerships. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. - Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, product sales, or a related role. Experience within the EV Charging or Renewable Energy industry is a plus. - Skills: - Successful acquisition and management of clients. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
