Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential/existing customers. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets. Basic computer skills and familiarity with a CRM software. Resilience and persistence in handling rejection. Diploma or graduation in any field; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
