Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Generate and grow CASA balances and fee income
  • Scope and expand business from the existing portfolio and acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) clients by offering Transaction Banking solutions
  • Demonstrate knowledge of digital banking products and services
  • Provide need-based CMS (Collection & Payment) product solutions for corporate and government clients
  • Gather market intelligence to understand segment performance and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Provide inputs on sales and strategy to the product team for the development and innovation of transaction banking products and services
  • Articulate and execute business strategies covering both product development and sales
  • Collaborate with service delivery, operations, product, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions
  • Identify and build strategic alliances to deliver innovative client solutions
