Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Sales Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in liabilities, branch banking, and AD1.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to meet targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Job Requirements
