Job Description

This role bridges product strategy and execution management, ensuring that data-driven decision-making tools, dashboards, and insights are successfully designed, built, and adopted across stakeholders in the ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, and project delivery, with the ability to convert complex business problems into intuitive analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Analytics & Insights platforms by partnering with business leaders, network participants, and policy teams to translate requirements into actionable product features.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle management of dashboards, reporting systems, and data-driven solutions.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, adoption potential, and compliance needs.
• Own project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple insights initiatives.
• Create detailed project charters, timelines, and governance mechanisms for analytics deployments.
• Monitor progress through metrics and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and external vendors.
• Identify risks, escalate blockers, and maintain alignment with leadership stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and accessible insights for participants (sellers, buyers, logistics partners).
• Standardize KPIs, reporting structures, and success metrics across dashboards and platforms.
• Develop frameworks that measure adoption, transaction growth, and user behavior.
• Drive change management and adoption of analytics solutions via training, workshops, and communications.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in program/project management in either a medium-large analytics consultancy or an enterprise product company.
• MBA from a reputed institution is preferred. Six sigma in project management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or open-source BI tools).
• Proven ability to manage data-driven product lifecycles from conception to delivery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project execution frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Should have worked with project management tools such as Jira, Wrike, Zoho PM or similar platforms.
