Location: Bengaluru / Bhubaneswae / Remote (Hybrid)Experience: 5–10 yearsDepartment: Product ManagementEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout DeepDelve:DeepDelve is ZeonAI Labs’ AI-powered financial workflow automation platform designed to streamline Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Financial Close processes.It leverages LLMs, ML extraction, and no-code rule engines to automate complex financial operations — helping finance teams move from manual to intelligent workflows.Role Overview:We are looking for a Product / Program Manager who can drive DeepDelve’s product vision, execution, and customer engagement.You’ll work closely with CFOs, finance teams, and AI developers to build automation that delivers measurable business impact.This is a cross-functional leadership role requiring product sense, financial process understanding, and strong execution discipline.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end product roadmap for DeepDelve’s AI financial automation modules (AP, AR, Reconciliation).Collaborate with customers to understand financial workflows and identify automation opportunities.Lead scrum cycles, coordinate engineering deliverables, and ensure sprint goals align with product OKRs.Translate complex finance problems into AI-driven workflows and no-code configurations.Partner with design teams to create prompt-based and traditional UX flows.Define metrics for workflow efficiency, automation accuracy, and adoption.Conduct product demos, collect feedback, and prioritize customer-driven enhancements.Work closely with the leadership team to plan releases, customer pilots, and rollout strategies.What We’re Looking For:5–10 years of experience in Product or Program Management in Fintech, SaaS, or Workflow Automation.Deep understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Financial Reconciliation.Experience building or integrating AI / LLM / ML-based automation.Hands-on experience running Agile / Scrum teams.Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing exposure.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial problems into technical solutions.Nice to Have:Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho Books).Exposure to no-code workflow builders or rule-based automation tools.Product analytics or growth mindset to drive user adoption.Why Join Us:Shape the future of AI-driven financial operations.Work closely with leadership to define how CFOs of the future operate.Be part of an AI-first engineering culture focused on real business impact.
