About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Owner who also brings strong Business Analysis capabilities to support the development of Laibel — our enterprise-grade AI-driven artwork compliance platform used by global FMCG organizations. This role acts as the operational extension of the Product Manager, owning detailed requirements, backlog clarity, sprint-level decisions, internal demos, and customer-facing UAT coordination. This is not a pure documentation BA role. It is a hands-on Product Owner role requiring analytical rigor, clarity, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Backlog & Requirements Ownership
- Convert the Product Manager’s high-level roadmap into clear, implementable, testable user stories.
- Define detailed acceptance criteria, process flows, and edge cases.
- Maintain backlog prioritization in alignment with business goals and sprint capacity.
- Ensure stories meet "Ready for Development" standards.
- Sprint Support & Team Clarity
- Act as the primary requirement-clarity owner during planning, refinement, and development cycles.
- Provide timely clarifications and unblock developers & QA.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure sprint readiness.
- Support QA in mapping user stories to test scenarios.
- Product Demos, UAT & Feedback Loops
- Conduct internal demos and walkthroughs for incremental releases.
- Support low-level customer interactions during UAT, requirement clarifications, and feedback collection.
- Validate that delivered features meet acceptance criteria before release.
- Convert feedback and issues into structured backlog items.
- Documentation & Training
- Prepare or support creation of release notes, user guides, walkthroughs, and SOPs.
- Maintain traceability from business requirements → stories → test coverage → UAT outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insight & Continuous Improvement
- Track usage, adoption, defects, and workflow gaps.
- Collaborate with the PM to refine future releases based on patterns and real-world usage.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, Delivery, and Customer Teams.
- Ensure consistent alignment on scope, timelines, goals, and priorities.
- (Optional) AI/HITL Workflow Support (Domain and AI training will be provided.)
- Document exception-handling workflows.
- Coordinate with AI/HITL teams for rule logic, overrides, and workflow clarity.
Who We’re Looking For:
GenAI Proficiency Requirement This role requires strong, practical experience using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to:
- Accelerate story writing, acceptance criteria, documentation, and research
- Generate structured workflows, process maps, SOPs, and release notes drafts
- Improve clarity and speed in stakeholder communication
- Assist QA and developers with clearer prompts, mock data, scenarios, and analysis The candidate must demonstrate comfort using GenAI as a daily productivity tool, not an occasional aid. Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in SaaS or workflow-heavy enterprise systems.
- Strong skills in requirements detailing, story writing, acceptance criteria, and Agile delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, actionable specifications.
- High ownership, structured thinking, and problem-solving.
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience in workflow automation, compliance systems, or enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, etc.
