Job Title: Syndigo Business Lead / Product Owner

Location: Remote / Onsite (Acceptable)

Time - 5pm to 1am or 6pm to 2am IST.

Experience: 8+ Years (Minimum 3 years with Syndigo Riversand or similar platforms)

Availability: Immediate / As per notice

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Syndigo Business Lead / Product Owner to drive product content syndication initiatives and oversee integrations with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Syndigo Riversand, data integration, and Master Data Management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner / Business Lead for Syndigo Riversand platform.
• Design, configure, and optimize Syndigo workflows, including inbound and outbound integrations.
• Manage and implement integrations between Syndigo and internal systems (e.g., Azure Data Factory pipelines, Oracle PIM, APIs).
• Leverage Azure services (ADF, blob storage, API management) to build scalable solutions.
• Develop and manage data transformation workflows using scripting (Python, JSON, etc.).
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize backlog, and deliver product features.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and Master Data Management (MDM) practices.
• Utilize Agile tools (Azure DevOps / ADO) for sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience in product/content management and integration.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Syndigo Riversand or similar product content syndication platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF), blob storage, and API-based integrations.
• Proficiency in Python, JSON, and scripting-based workflows.
• Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
