Product Owner

Role Overview: As a Product Owner at Kovalty Technologies, you will lead the product development efforts and ensure the success of innovative software solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and refine acceptance criteria. - Scrum Collaboration: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with the product vision and goals. Provide clear direction and guidance to development teams. - Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers, business sponsors, and cross-functional teams to gather feedback, validate product features, and serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries. - Release Planning and Execution: Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute product releases, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are on schedule. - Requirements Analysis: Analyze customer needs and market requirements to define product features. Work with UX/UI designers and technical architects to translate requirements into actionable user stories. - Metrics and Analytics: Define KPIs and metrics to measure product success. Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights and make data-driven decisions. - Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product development team. Identify opportunities for process optimization and skill development to drive efficiency and innovation. Qualification Required: - Product Ownership Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, successfully delivering software products from concept to launch. - Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, product management principles, and agile frameworks. Familiarity with .NET framework, ReactJS, and Azure cloud services is advantageous. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to envision long-term product goals, anticipate market trends, and make informed decisions to drive product success. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders. - Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
