Job Description

5 to 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst or product owner capacity.
A demonstrated history of successfully coordinating and collaborating with product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment of features, adherence to deadlines, and achievement of project outcomes.
Preferably experienced in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ServiceNow modules to validate that products meet business requirements and user expectations prior to launch.
Ideally knowledgeable about ServiceNow functionalities such as Catalog, HRSD, ITSM, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to investigate and clearly articulate technical concepts.
Excellent organizational skills, a self-driven work ethic, and effective multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
