Data Analytics / Power BI Engineer

We are looking for skilled Data and Analytics Developers to enhance our existing analytics capabilities. The current team of five in-house developers needs augmentation or outsourcing to ensure scalability and efficiency. Your role will involve data pipeline development, dashboard/report creation, data modeling, and integration with business systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data transformation workflows. - Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. - Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and implement analytics solutions. - Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across systems. - Coordinate with in-house developers and analysts to align on data architecture and standards. - Optimize data queries and storage solutions for performance and scalability. - Provide technical documentation, version control, and project progress updates. Required Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics development, or BI. - Proficiency in SQL and at least one ETL tool (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Talend, SSIS). - Hands-on experience with BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (e.g., star/snowflake schema). - Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Strong understanding of data governance, security, and privacy practices. - Version control using Git or other source control tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Snowflake. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data deployment. - Exposure to Python or R for data manipulation or statistical analysis. - Knowledge of business domains like finance, operations, or sales analytics.,
