Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of ET Primes subscription services. This role requires a deep understanding of our target audience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in product marketing within a digital media or subscription-based business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive subscription growth and engagement.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, etc. ) to drive product awareness and customer acquisition.

  • Go-to-Market Planning: Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer support.

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with the customer success team to develop strategies for customer retention and advocacy.

  • Brand Positioning: Maintain and enhance ET Prime s brand positioning in the market, ensuring all marketing activities align with the brand s voice and values.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a digital media or subscription-based company.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
