We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growth team and help drive adoption, demand, and revenue, This will be initially for Greymonk and Supafine.GreyMonk is an AI-powered SaaS tool that helps companies measure and improve engineering productivity. After successful pilots with leading companies, we are now scaling GreyMonk globally.
Role Overview
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving GreyMonk’s go-to-market execution. You’ll create compelling demos, run outbound campaigns, host webinars/events, and own marketing initiatives that generate demand. This role requires a mix of creativity, execution excellence, and strong ownership to scale a high-potential SaaS product. You will report to the Head of Growth and work closely with the founding team for strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver product demos, decks, and case studies that showcase value to customers.
- Execute outbound marketing campaigns to target accounts (emails, LinkedIn, ABM).
- Plan and run webinars, virtual events, and industry engagements to drive awareness and leads.
- Create and manage marketing content (blogs, whitepapers, email campaigns).
- Work with sales and product teams to design the pilot-to-customer conversion journey.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline influenced).
- Experiment with new growth channels and bring creative ideas to improve adoption.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in SaaS or technology product marketing/growth.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS GTM, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with ability to create engaging demos and collateral.
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Ability to run webinars/events and engage with industry communities.
- High ownership mindset – comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Creative, resourceful, and execution-focused personality.
