Were looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Head / Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to take full ownership of RazorThinks marketing engine leading go-to-market (GTM) execution, product positioning, and full-funnel demand generation.

Key ResponsibilitiesGTM Strategy & PositioningDefine and drive Virimas GTM playbook for core and AI-enhanced product featuresDevelop compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise IT and security leadersPerform competitor research, market analysis, and ICP refinement regularlyPartner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure message-market fitDemand Generation & Funnel GrowthOwn the end-to-end marketing funnel from top-of-funnel awareness to SQL handoffLead multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, SEO, email, partnerships, and eventsBuild scalable content engines (owned and performance) aligned to the buying journeyTeam Leadership & ExecutionManage a lean team of content marketers, growth specialists, ops, and web developersLead by example: write, experiment, and test as neededFoster a high-ownership, collaborative, AI-savvy culture within the teamAnalytics, Budget & OptimizationSet and monitor KPIs: MQLs, pipeline velocity, attribution accuracy, CAC, ROIOwn the marketing budget, tool stack, and agency/vendor relationshipsChampion marketing automation, reporting hygiene, and performance reviews
Requirements8-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3+ in product marketing or GTM leadershipBackground in technical products, preferably in ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, cybersecurity, or adjacent enterprise IT categoriesDemonstrated ability to own pipeline, launch products, and work cross-functionallyStrong ability to lead and execute from positioning docs to campaign performance reviewsHands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Jasper, SEMrush, HubSpot, Visla, etc.)Excellent storytelling, messaging, and communication skills for technical and business audiencesExperience working with US counterparts and timezone overlapExperience selling to public sector clients or navigating compliance-driven environments Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motionsBackground in technical writing
