Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will play a strategic role in driving brand visibility, demand generation, and go-to-market initiatives for cybersecurity products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical marketing expertise, experience in working with cybersecurity OEMs, and a proven track record in developing and executing commercial and branding strategies to accelerate growth. Based in Gurugram, we partner with global OEMs and industry leaders to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity services, compliance, and risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals and sales targets.
- Create and execute digital and offline demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Manage marketing funnel metrics and continuously optimise for performance and ROI.
Branding & Positioning
- Strengthen the company's brand presence in the cybersecurity ecosystem through targeted content, PR, case studies, and success stories.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and collaterals.
Technical & Product Marketing
- Translate complex cybersecurity solutions into compelling value propositions and marketing content.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to create solution briefs, whitepapers, datasheets, and presentations.
OEM Alliances & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global cybersecurity OEMs.
- Drive joint marketing programs, MDF utilisation, and co-branding initiatives.
- Develop partner-specific marketing collaterals and campaigns.
Events, Workshops & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute industry events, customer workshops, webinars, and roundtables to enhance brand engagement.
- Represent the company in industry forums, cybersecurity expos, and partner events.
Commercial & Business Growth
- Support sales teams with go-to-market assets, lead nurturing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define pricing and positioning strategies.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Expertise in Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Cybersecurity knowledge or Technical Solution Marketing Experience is a must.
- Demand Generation & Lead Management experience.
- Proficiency in Brand Building & Market Positioning
- OEM Alliances & Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Handling expertise is a must.
- Proficiency in Commercial Acumen and Pricing Strategy
- Event Planning, Workshops & Customer Engagement Initiatives are required.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 810 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or technology sectors.
- Experience working with global OEM alliances in the cybersecurity domain is highly desirable.
