Fi is a new age money management app designed to simplify your financial life. With Fi, you can save, pay, invest, or borrow, all in one place. You can track and analyze your expenses across Fi and all your other bank accounts. You can also apply for a credit card, access instant loans, and grow your wealth and more with our range of investment options. At Fi, we re redefining how people engage with money and content is at the heart of every user experience we build.

As a Product Marketing Manager , you ll play a critical role in shaping how our products are positioned, launched, and experienced by users. From naming and messaging to launch strategies and user engagement, you ll help define the voice of the product and connect it to the people who need it.

We re looking for someone who s creative yet analytical, driven by intuition but grounded in data. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excited about the opportunity to own outcomes.

What you ll do at Fi

-Design and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches

-Drive user education and feature discovery through in-app messaging, campaigns, and lifecycle comms

-Use user insights and data to influence feature prioritization and marketing focus

-Analyze product usage and funnel data to identify opportunities for growth and retention

-Create content and messaging across formats: in-app copy, email, landing pages, social, etc.

-Own experiments (A/B tests, funnel tweaks, onboarding flows) to improve product adoption

-Work cross-functionally with product, design, growth, and content teams to ship fast and iterate

-Monitor performance, track KPIs, and present learnings and updates to stakeholders

What makes you a fit

-1 3 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or content in a tech-first org

-You re a great storyteller who knows how to simplify complex ideas

-You re hands-on ready to write copy, dig into data, and push things live

-You can connect user insights to product features and business goals

-You have a strong sense of ownership and bias to action

This is a 5 days work from office role and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
