Product Marketing Manager

Category Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for thecategory. Own the annual business plan and category roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Spotgrowth opportunities and whitespace using sharp market, consumer, and channel intelligence.

Product Portfolio Management:

• Be the categorys design conscience from product ID andpackaging to digital communication and in-store presence.
• Work closely with design teams toensure every consumer touchpoint is visually inspiring and aligned with our brand DNA.
• Bring astrong understanding of Gen Z visual culture, design trends, and storytelling formats.

Product Positioning & GTM Execution:

• Define unique positioning strategies for products in thecategory.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and trade teams to ensure consistent messaging andexecution.
• Demand Generation: Drive demand creation through integrated marketing campaigns andactivations.
• Constantly track trends, tech shifts, and competitor moves to inform productdecisions.

Consumer Insights & Analytics:

• Conduct and analyze market research to understand consumerneeds, behaviors, and preferences. Use insights to refine strategy, messaging, and productdevelopment.
• Design Sensibility & Visual Aesthetics: Be the categorys design conscience from product IDand packaging to digital communication and in-store presence. Work closely with design teamsto ensure every consumer touchpoint is visually inspiring and aligned with our brand DNA.
• Bringa strong understanding of Gen Z visual culture, design trends, and storytelling formats.
