As an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Meritto, you’ll work at the intersection of product, marketing,
business, and growth. Your day spans shaping narratives, enabling GTM motions, understanding user
behaviour, and executing high-quality content and growth experiments that help our products scale.
This is an execution-first, collaboration-heavy role. You will be hands-on: writing, editing, building, packaging,
analyzing, optimizing, and launching. You’ll translate product capabilities into crisp stories, craft world-class
collateral, and enable teams with clarity, structure, and execution-ready assets, ensuring all innovations land
with impact.
1. Product Positioning & GTM Excellence: You will help define clear, insight-led product positioning
and support the execution of go-to-market motions across launches, feature releases, and adoption
programs. This includes creating high-quality content across formats, collaborating with growth teams
on digital campaigns and ads, and contributing to SEO-aligned product pages. You will also work with
demand-gen teams to refine nurturing journeys and automations, while tracking performance to
continuously optimize messaging, formats, and channels based on data and competitive insights.
2. User Engagement, Retention: You will support and scale all audience-facing properties like
webinars, certifications, among others. You will help manage key website sections and user journeys,
ensuring clarity, relevance, and conversion focus. Working with digital and analytics teams, you will
interpret behaviour patterns, refine content experiences, and contribute to stronger engagement
across all touchpoints, including organic, email, and paid channels.
3. Business Enablement: You will collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to
build and maintain enablement assets that communicate value with clarity and consistency. This
includes supporting the development of decks, briefs, playbooks, comparison frameworks, and
messaging guides. You will help ensure alignment on product updates and market narratives across
the organisation while contributing to cross-functional initiatives that keep communication unified
across digital, sales, and marketing interactions.
● 2+ years of experience in a product marketing role within a SaaS organization
● Strong storytelling and writing skills with an eye for clarity and structure.
● Comfort working with data, insights, and research to inform decisions.
● Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple parallel initiatives.
● AI-first thinking, curiosity to use AI tools, experiment with workflows, and bring intelligence-led
thinking.
