Experience

Role: Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap

  : Define and execute the product strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to align on priorities and roadmaps. Balance long-term vision with short-term needs.

• Product Development

  : Lead the development of product features from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product requirements are well-defined and technical feasibility is assessed.

• User Research & Feedback

  :Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis to identify market needs and opportunities. Gather and prioritize user feedback to inform product decisions.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

  : Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure successful product launches and timely delivery of key features.

• Product Metrics & Analysis

  : Analyze product performance metrics, such as user engagement, retention, and conversion rates. Use insights to drive data-backed decisions and improve products.

• Stakeholder Communication

  : Provide regular updates to senior management and other key stakeholders. Present product plans, status updates, and key learnings from ongoing projects.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience

  : 3-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in lighting.

• Analytical Skills

  : Ability to use data to drive decision-making and identify trends. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office

• Communication

  : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Problem-Solving

  : Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
