Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end user lifecycle strategy — onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Plan and execute GTMs for new features and product launches.
• Build and manage lifecycle journeys using CLM tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, etc.).
• Run A/B experiments, MVPs, and analyze results to drive data-backed decisions.
• Ideate and implement creative growth strategies to improve engagement and monetization.
• Own key KPIs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and optimize push notifications, in-app communications, and personalized user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product, business, design, and data — to drive execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, growth, lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with CLM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, or WebEngage.
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle stages and funnel metrics.
• Prior experience running A/B tests and analyzing data to derive insights (preferred).
• Strong grasp of push notification strategy and workings (preferred).
• Experience in Gaming, Astrology, E-commerce, OTT, or other consumer tech/content products (preferred).
• Ability to break down complex problems and think from first principles.
• Creative thinker with strong content and design sensibilities.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset — goes beyond execution to drive outcomes.
