As a Product Manager for Industry 4.0/New Tech, you will be at the forefront of driving the company's technological advancement. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market launch, for our Industry 4.0 and new technology products.

Product Manager_IT_Product4.0_SSCAs a Senior Manager for Product 4.0 in the IT department, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy. You will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, leveraging your expertise in Google Data Analytics, IoT, Machine Learning, Manufacturing Technology, SaaS, Technology Integration, Product Lifecycle Management, and Market Research & Analysis.

Principal Accountabilities

Define and manage the product vision and strategy in line with the company's goals and market trendsConduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapeCollaborate with the engineering team to develop products that leverage IoT, Machine Learning, and other new technologiesOversee the product development process, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet quality standardsWork with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaignsUse Google Data Analytics and other tools to track product performance and make data-driven decisionsManage the integration of new technologies into our existing product portfolioLead change management initiatives related to the implementation of new technologiesDemonstrate strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive product successCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partnersContinuously update knowledge on manufacturing technology, SaaS, and other relevant areasFoster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team.
