Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Ownership:

  Define and execute the roadmap for Zippy’s consumer app, cloud platform, and AI systems.

• AI + LLM Integration:

  Build delightful, safe, and adaptive experiences using speech, personalization, and generative models.

• Experience-Led Thinking:

  Translate AI and backend capabilities into simple, emotionally resonant UX for parents and kids.

• System Design:

  Collaborate with engineering to define APIs, data flows, and scalable architecture for the Zippy app ecosystem.

• Growth & Analytics:

  Build data pipelines to measure retention, engagement, and learning impact; use insights to iterate fast.

• Cross-Functional Leadership:

  Work closely with hardware, firmware, and content teams to ensure seamless physical–digital synergy.

• Team Building:

  Mentor PMs and engineers, establish a product culture that blends creativity, velocity, and technical depth.

Requirements

• 4-6 years in product or technical product management;

  at least one consumer app shipped end-to-end

  .
• Strong understanding of

  personalization engines

• Deep grasp of

  cloud + mobile architecture

  , APIs, and data systems.
• Prior experience in

  building or scaling B2C or edtech products

  preferred.
• Ability to work hands-on with engineers and designers; strong product intuition + tech fluency.
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, and leadership skills.
