About your new Role:

As an APM, you will lead the sprint cycle by defining goals, organizing the backlog, and ensuring smooth execution in collaboration with engineering and design teams.

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Prioritize features and manage product backlog for maximum business and customer impact.
• Lead sprint planning, execution, and delivery with engineering and design teams.
• Drive product operations by setting KPIs, tracking metrics, and optimizing workflows.
• Own product P&L, pricing, and monetization strategies to ensure profitability.
• Develop and execute user acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product goals and execution.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and improve product experience.
• Manage team performance, foster collaboration, and ensure transparent communication.

Requirements:

• Education:

  B.Tech (Mandatory) + MBA is an added advanyage

• Experience:

  Prior 3-5 years of experience in

  Gaming industry or B2C experience

  is preferred.

• Domain Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of user acquisition, growth, and monetization strategies.

• Product Expertise:

  Proven track record in managing product roadmap, sprints, P&L, and product operations.

• Leadership:

  Experience in cross-functional team management and stakeholder alignment.

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving ability.

• Communication:

  Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Availability:

  Immediate joiner preferred.
