Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end chatbot conversations across App, WhatsApp & GBM

• Understand business needs & evaluate feasibility for new digital banking asset & liability products

• Lead new initiatives and enhancements based on industry and competitive trends

• Build and execute the product roadmap

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the right features

• Conduct industry analysis across conversational bots & social channels

• Work with Marketing/Campaign teams to drive communication & adoption of conversational AI

• Manage vendors and ensure timely development of conversational journeys

• Analyze data to improve content, engagement, and system performance

• Define, track & own key chatbot KPIs

• Create reports & insights using CDP for deeper customer understanding

• Drive enhancements, bug fixes & ensure quick resolution with internal and vendor teams

• Perform end-to-end testing (UAT) and ensure production signoff

• Enhance customer experience and manage CX transformation

• Handle vendor invoicing & agreement finalization
