The Role

As Product Manager, you will act as the "expert voice" for your product area, owning the roadmap, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring consistency across the platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can translate complex technical capabilities into customer value, and is passionate about building world-class products.

Responsibilities

•Facilitate stakeholder sessions to capture and refine requirements for user-facing capabilities

•Develop mock-ups and conceptual wireframes to help stakeholders visualize new capabilities

•Partner closely with build and technical teams to document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring traceability through the development lifecycle.

•Collaborating with business leads to prioritize requirements and capability enhancements, aligning delivery sequencing with business impact and readiness.

•Conduct review and feedback sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to validate design, usability, and workflow expectations.

Must - Have Qualifications:

•10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a healthcare/ Pharma domain

•Expertise in business analysis techniques such as feasibility studies, use case creation, and scenario planning

•Strong experience in NFR, User stories, DOD, DOR, BRD, FRD, PRD

•Hands on strong experience in web apps, mobile apps, SaaS etc

•Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools used in backlog management

•Leading products’ requirements gathering, BRD creation, user story creation.

•Can create good documentation & present them.

•Good understanding of converting business problems into technical requirements.
