About the role

Smartlead.ai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform by driving product strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful product launches. What You ll Do

  • Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned with company goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, support, marketing, and sales
  • Translate customer needs and business insights into clear product priorities
  • Work closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery
  • Define and launch product features with clear go-to-market plans and performance tracking
  • Use market research, user feedback, and data analytics to drive continuous improvements

You ll Excel If You Have


  • 2 - 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, software architecture, and data flows
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills to make data-informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • A startup mindset high ownership, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability in ambiguity
