Role Overview
As a Product Manager cum Scrum Master at Mizzle Cloud, you will lead the development of decentralized, no-code DevOps solutions, guiding cross-functional teams and implementing Agile practices. You will play a crucial role in bridging technical development and business strategy, ensuring our platform continues to innovate in providing secure, scalable solutions for decentralized applications.
Key Responsibilities
•
Product Management:
o
Develop, refine, and execute the product roadmap for Mizzle’s decentralized cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
o
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, enhancements, and technical innovations such as Fully Homomorphic Encryption and Zero-Knowledge Proofs.
o
Translate customer needs into technical specifications, ensuring our platform remains secure, efficient, and easy to use.
o
Conduct competitive analysis within the DePIN and cloud infrastructure sectors to keep Mizzle ahead in the market.
o
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.

Technical Product Management:
o
Work closely with engineering teams to implement cutting-edge technologies like trusted execution environments, ensuring optimal performance and security for decentralized applications.
o
Evaluate technical trade-offs to balance innovation with stability, scalability, and security.
o
Engage in technical architecture discussions to ensure that Mizzle’s cloud infrastructure meets current and future demands.
o
Monitor and continuously improve product performance and security, collaborating with DevOps and QA teams.
•
Scrum Master:
o
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
o
Drive Agile practices, ensuring high levels of team productivity and continuous delivery of product enhancements.
o
Remove roadblocks and support team members to maintain focus on critical objectives.
o
Act as a coach to the development team, reinforcing Agile methodologies and best practices.
•
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o
Work closely with engineering, marketing, design, and business development teams to ensure product success.
o
Serve as the central point of communication, keeping all teams aligned on product goals and progress.
o
Present progress, risks, and product updates to stakeholders regularly.
•
Customer Focus:
o
Gather feedback directly from users, understanding their needs for secure, decentralized infrastructure.
o
Act as the customer advocate, driving features that enhance usability, security, and scalability.
Key Requirements
•
5+ years of experience in product management, including experience as a Scrum Master.
•
Strong technical expertise in decentralized infrastructure, cloud computing, and security technologies like Fully Homomorphic Encryption, Zero-Knowledge Proofs, and trusted execution environments.
•
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving technical product development in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
•
Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and product management platforms (e.g., Aha!, Productboard).
•
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) is preferred.
•
Experience in DePIN projects or decentralized cloud platforms is highly desirable.
•
Familiarity with Web3 technologies or decentralized application ecosystems is a plus.
