About the Opportunity

Join FPL Technologies (OneCard), one of India's fastest-growing fintech unicorns, to architect the 'Collections Operating System' that powers our high-stakes recovery engine. As the Product Manager for Repayment Control Functions, you will transform complex regulatory requirements and operational bottlenecks into a seamless, automated, and intelligent recovery ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the roadmap for the Repayment Platform Core, shifting manual, batch-processed operations to a real-time, event-driven architecture.
• Lead the transition to a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) by refactoring legacy systems into scalable microservices for case allocation, settlement offers, and payouts.
• Automate the 'Agency-to-Bank' value chain, including digital onboarding, performance-based payout reconciliation, and field agent performance tracking.
• Develop intelligent allocation logic to ensure 100% automated case distribution based on agent performance, geography, and risk segments.
• Act as the primary guardian of RBI regulatory compliance, ensuring all collection workflows, communication logs, and data access protocols meet the highest audit standards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Operations stakeholders to optimize the 'Next Best Action' (NBA) engine using the unified Single View of Debt.

Must-haves:

• 5-7 years of Product Management experience with a deep-dive focus on Credit Cards, Repayments, or Fintech lending platforms.
• Demonstrated technical depth in system orchestration, API stability, data sharing, and stream processing.
• Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle, including pre-delinquency, NPA management, and write-off stages.
• Proven track record of building scalable backend infrastructure and microservices in a high-velocity startup environment.
• Ability to work full-time from the Pune office location (5 days per week).

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior experience building or managing a Collections CRM or Core Banking System (CBS) for a major financial institution.
• Hands-on familiarity with data ingestion pipelines using Kafka or Airflow and PII masking protocols.
• Experience managing multi-channel orchestration across Digital, Tele-collections, and Field Force infrastructures.
