Product Development

− Conceptualize and design innovative product solutions that meet market demands

and customer requirements.

− Create detailed product specifications, including features prioritization and

justification.

− Collaborate with design teams to ensure optimal user experience and workflows.

− Oversee product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

− Develop and implement effective communication strategies for product updates and

releases.

− Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and

client teams.

− Present product vision and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Skill Development

− Build and mentor a high-performing product team with a mix of background and

experiences in development.

− Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and results-driven performance.

− Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.

− Align team goals with overall product and organizational objectives.

Technology and Industry Expertise

− Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in the insurance and

financial services sectors.

− Contribute to technology architecture discussions and solution design.

− Leverage technical insights to drive product enhancements and innovations.

− Familiarity with supply chains a plus.

Qualifications and Skills:

− Proven track record of successful product delivery with 3+ years of experience.

− Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.

− Extensive experience in developing and scaling B2B consumer-facing technology

applications.

− Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

− Strong communication and presentation abilities.

− Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

− Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore.
