Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product roadmap and align it with business goals. Make sure the product vision is clear and communicated across teams.
- Market Research: Analyze customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to guide product decisions.
- Requirement Gathering: Translate customer feedback, stakeholder input, and market analysis into actionable features and requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of the product lifecycle.
- Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade-offs between scope, cost, and time.
- Product Development: Oversee product creation, testing, and iteration phases to ensure quality and alignment with goals.
- Launch & Performance Monitoring: Plan product releases, coordinate go-to-market strategies, and track KPIs to measure success.
- Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are always at the forefront.
