The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading user research activities to uncover hidden needs and enhance customer acquisition strategies. This position focuses on the Adobe Commerce project, primarily serving the EMEA region, while also managing specific features for LATAM and APJ countries. The role emphasizes system integrations with Adobe Commerce and requires a strong foundation in program management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead user research initiatives to identify customer needs and improve acquisition strategies.
• Oversee the integration of Adobe Commerce with internal customer systems, ensuring efficient data sharing and system functionality.
• Launch e-commerce features rapidly, optimizing the cost of ownership for integrations and customizations.
• Analyze user traffic sources and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Track and report on goal completions, such as purchases and product additions to carts, while identifying patterns in user engagement.
• Gather visitor demographic information to inform business decisions.
• Utilize data-driven reports to guide strategic business decisions.
• Facilitate high-speed transactions within a unified system.
• Enhance customer communication through personalized and efficient methods.
• Document and deliver features effectively, ensuring clarity and accessibility for the team.
• Collaborate with the team to create and share UX designs.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Commerce and MuleSoft API.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Familiarity with SAP and SFMC.
• Demonstrated expertise in program management.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
