Job Description

Our client is seeking a strategic and customer-focused marketing leader to drive customer preference, profitability, and innovation across replacement product categories. This role will lead strategic marketing initiatives and manage the end-to-end development of new products across OEM, Exports, and Replacement business units, ensuring sustained brand growth, market share expansion, and timely product availability aligned with long-term business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Market Growth

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen customer preference and brand imagery.
  • Drive Net Replacement Sales and market share growth through targeted marketing campaigns and channel programs.
  • Track and improve Future Purchase Consideration and Brand Imagery scores through regular consumer insights and surveys.
  • Optimize gross margins by aligning product positioning and pricing strategies across business units.

Consumer Engagement & Brand Communication

  • Design and implement Consumer and Influencer Engagement Programs with high adherence to planned activities.
  • Oversee advertising and media execution for select product categories, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with brand objectives.

Product Development & Innovation

  • Lead the annual and long-term New Product Development (NPD) roadmap across OEM, Exports, and Replacement segments.
  • Ensure timely SKU launches and strict adherence to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) stage-gate processes.
  • Deliver Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets for all new product launches.
  • Drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback, channel insights, and internal testing results.

Demand Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Lead Long-Term Demand Planning (LTDP) and annual marketing operations planning to ensure product availability and capacity readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align the product pipeline with growth plans and investment strategies.
