ShelfRadar.ai is the Answer Engine for Quick Commerce. We are building a decision engine to surface analytics, insights and decisioning for brands selling on Quick Commerce. The product provides actionable intelligence to help brands scale revenues on quick commerce marketplaces. For a brand selling on qcom marketplaces, there are challenges around micromarket targeting as across marketplaces x cities x products, there is a challenge of targeting a large number of segments which vary in product availability, visibility and competitive intensity. Our data intelligence engine surfaces the best opportunities, specific risks and provides actionable recommendations on campaign actions.

About the role

We are looking for a technical product manager or developer looking to move into product management who will be working closely with the engineering and business leadership on driving product direction and execution. The role will be at the intersection of marketing, technology and data. The product is currently in beta with early paying customers and is scaling adoption. The role will involve engaging closely with customers, building prototypes with AI and working with the engineering team. You will be expected to write code to test approaches.

What we’re looking for

• Prior experience in product management in a SaaS/ adtech role. 
• Minimum 1-2 years prior experience as a developer is critical (Python/SQL/R)
• Mathematical aptitude, analytical skills are key to success in this role
• Like working in small, fast paced teams with high ownership and a low meeting culture.

Would be great to have

• Experience working with LLMs, eval approaches and nuances of stable deterministic answers in an LLM native environment
• Strong technical understanding of databases, reasoning models 
• Understanding of the performance marketing space &/or commerce ecosystem/ metrics
