Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead business operations, focusing on user experience and growth. You will manage our core offerings across Android, iOS, MWeb, and Desktop Web, driving product vision, strategy, execution, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Execution:

   Develop and implement product roadmaps, identify new features, and prioritize initiatives to align with business goals.

• User Experience & Growth:

   Optimize the user journey to boost retention, conversion, and engagement, based on user behavior and data insights.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

   Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features and products on time and within scope.

• Digital Growth Strategy:

   Develop and execute growth strategies focused on digital channels, optimizing user acquisition, retention, and conversion across platforms.

• Performance Tracking & Optimization:

   Analyze growth metrics (e.g., DAU, MAU, LTV) and implement performance improvement strategies to meet key business goals.

• Data-Driven Decisions:

  Track and analyze product metrics, leveraging data to make informed decisions that optimize user experience and drive growth.

• Problem Solving & Prioritization:

   Identify and address product issues, and prioritize initiatives based on user feedback and business value.

• Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

   Conduct research to identify market trends, and incorporate insights into product strategy.
