🔍 Role Overview:-

high-potential Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end marketing responsibility for assigned

  brands across one or more therapy segments

• Develop and implement

  brand plans, cycle strategies, and promotional campaigns

• Support

  new product launches

  , line extensions, and brand revitalization initiatives
• Analyze

  IQVIA / AWACS / internal sales data

  to track brand performance and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor competition, therapy trends, treatment guidelines, and prescription behavior
• Develop effective

  promotional inputs

  including visual aids, LBLs, digital content, and patient education tools
• Ensure all marketing communication complies with

  ethical and regulatory standards

• Coordinate with

  Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance

  teams for seamless execution
• Support the sales force through

  brand training, FAQs, objection-handling guides, and cycle meetings

• Capture field insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategies

Candidate Profile:-

• MBA / PGDM in Marketing/ Pharmaceutical (mandatory)
• 3–7 years of experience in

  Pharmaceutical Product / Brand Management

• Exposure to any of the following segments preferred:

• Pain Management | Orthopedic | Cardio-Diabetes | Ophthalmology

• Strong understanding of

  prescription behavior and therapy dynamics

• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
