Product Manager (Pharma)

As a Marketing Manager at the company, your role will involve managing the marketing goals, profitability, and sales targets for existing brands/portfolio on a monthly basis. This includes monitoring market trends, developing short and long-term strategies, and driving initiatives to support the plan. You will also be responsible for developing strategic plans and operational marketing plans to provide a scientific, medical, and commercial basis for the products. Project management will be a key aspect of your role, where you will identify and drive critical projects that generate exponential growth. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure program implementation for existing brands within the allocated budget - Develop consumer activation strategies and drive execution through social media - Create product pricing and positioning strategies - Lead product launches - Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistency with product line strategy - Visit customers to gather feedback on company products and services - Assist the sales team in promoting the product - Manage product content development, literature, and campaign input - Oversee new product development and launch processes - Conduct training and development for the sales team - Implement social media marketing strategies and content creation - Engage in discussions and lead generation with ecommerce platforms for new business opportunities Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience in product management, with a minimum of 5+ years in this field - Education: BSc/B.Pharm and an MBA in Marketing - Track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle - Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within a matrix organization - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to travel for 10-12 days in a month Please email your CV to careers@vivaldis.co.in for consideration.,
