Digital Sales / E-Commerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced candidate for Amazon Specialist, who would be responsible for managing and optimizing sales on out third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, Zepto etc.). This role focuses on driving sales growth, improving the user experience, and maximizing the overall performance of the digital channels.

1. Marketplace Management:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize listings on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Blinkit. Flipkart

- Manage the relationship with key marketplace partners to maximize sales potential.

- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales, etc.) to identify opportunities for growth.

- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.

Customer Experience for the brand:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing customer service processes, including returns, exchanges, and inquiries.

- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the shopping experience.

- Manage the product review process on marketplaces to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Reporting and Analysis

- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and growth opportunities.

- Use data analytics tools to track and report on e-commerce KPIs, such as sales, conversion rates, AOV (Average Order Value), and customer acquisition costs.

- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
