Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Product Manager at Neyah Beauty. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with suppliers, handling inventory, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves ensuring smooth and efficient operations to support the company's mission of enhancing beauty with quality products. Key Responsibilities Align product goals with overall business objectives. Conduct competitive analysis and market research. Translate customer insights into product requirements. Gather and analyze customer feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production team, designer, marketing, sales, etc.). Ensure successful rollout and adoption of new features or products. Present progress to leadership and justify prioritization. Experience in inventory management and supplier coordination Customer service skills and attention to detail Knowledge of beauty industry trends and products Experience with scheduling and appointment management Should be comfortable to travel for business purpose Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in Business, Engineering, or related field). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
