Job Description

Role & responsibilities • 1215 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading B2B or B2C retail products or platforms. • Strong understanding of retail business models and technologies (ecommerce platforms, POS integrations, order management, loyalty engines). • Proven track record of defining and launching successful digital products at scale. • Expertise in agile product management practices and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar). • Excellent analytical skillscomfortable with datadriven decisionmaking and A/B testing frameworks. • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging Clevel stakeholders. • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive crossfunctional alignment. Preferred candidate profile Certification in Product Management
