Job Description

Your mission

  • Translate business goals into detailed, actionable product requirements.
  • Lead roadmap planning and feature prioritization across Web and Mobile teams.
  • Coordinate between developers, designers, operations, and stakeholders.
  • Define and track product KPIs and success metrics.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to rollout and feedback loops.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features with high user value.

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management (marketplace or logistics experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to define and interpret KPIs.
  • Experience working with design tools (Figma, Jira, Notion, etc.).
