What You’ll Do

• Own Product, UX & UI from First Principles

   - Define roadmap and product strategy alongside leadership. Use first-principles thinking to break down complex insurance workflows and redesign them into clean, intuitive UX and UI that serve real-world insurer and user needs. Leverage modern AI tools—including prompt-driven prototyping and generative design aids—to accelerate discovery and iteration.

• Drive Cross-functional Execution

   - Collaborate with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver features with clarity, speed, and high quality.

• Engage with Clients and Market

   - Work directly with insurers and operations teams to extract insights, validate user journeys, and uncover product opportunities.

• Build the Product Function

   - Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and defining product culture and best practices as one of the early members of the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 7-10 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or B2B platforms.

• Has taken a SaaS product from 0→1

   (bonus if that journey was in insurance).

• Preferably an ex-engineer

   with the technical depth to partner closely with dev teams.
• Strong 

  UX and UI

   instincts, with hands-on wireframing/prototyping.
• A 

  first-principles thinker

   who simplifies complexity and crafts elegant solutions from scratch.
• Comfortable leveraging 

  AI and generative tools

   (e.g., ChatGPT, Figma AI, Notion AI) to brainstorm, accelerate workflows, and inform decisions.
• Excellent communicator—clear, structured, collaborative.
• Bonus: exposure to healthtech, insurtech, or regulated B2B industries.
