Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, from ideation to launch
• Work closely with founders, engineers, designers, and data analysts to translate business needs into intuitive product experiences
• Conduct deep market and user research within the e-commerce and quick commerce ecosystem to identify pain points and opportunities
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with the data and engineering teams to ship features that simplify decision-making for growth and marketing teams
• Stay on top of market trends, AI innovations, and competitor activity in the quick commerce and e-commerce analytics space

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Growth PM, preferably in e-commerce or quick commerce
• Ability to translate complex data and AI capabilities into simple, outcome-driven user experiences
• Good taste in design and user experience, you care deeply about how things look and feel, not just how they work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hunger to learn, move fast, and build world-class AI products from scratch
