We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of our mobile strategy across our products. You will play a critical role in shaping the foundation, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and delivering meaningful features that improve user experience and business outcomes.
This role requires mobile product expertise, user-centric thinking, and strong collaboration across engineering, design, customer success, and business stakeholders.
Define and drive the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company and product goals.
Work closely with design and engineering to deliver world-class, intuitive, and responsive mobile experiences.
Partner with global stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Support, and Analytics to gather insights, prioritize requirements, and measure impact.
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities and enhance existing mobile features.
Lead PI (Program Increment) planning and actively participate in key SCRUM ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product demos.
Participate in go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product documentation, and feature releases to ensure successful product launches.
Participate in beta programs and user testing sessions to gather direct feedback on product features and help iterate on future improvements.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge the effectiveness, adoption, and product outcome.
Share and present regular updates on the product roadmap and progress to leaders and stakeholders. Clearly highlight any potential risks and outline a plan to address them, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on the path forward.
Maintain a strong pulse on mobile trends, best practices, and OS platform updates (iOS/Android) to inform product decisions.
Working closely with end users, business stakeholders to understand user needs and drive product roadmaps
Anticipating bottlenecks, managing project item prioritization, making trade-offs and balancing business needs versus technical constraints
Identifying technical challenges/anomalies and coordinating appropriate resources for resolution
Project planning and execution – balancing business and technology stakeholder expectations regarding the project scope/components, priorities, schedule, and managing risk to these components
Working directly with sprint team(s) to ensure product success and quality
Producing internal training materials for new product features and modules
Minimum 12-14 years of career experience with at least 8 years of product management (PO/PM) experience in technology products.
Product Manager focusing on mobile applications (iOS & Android).
Proven experience launching and iterating on B2B or B2C mobile apps at scale.
Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles, platform-specific patterns, and technical constraints.
Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams – developers, designers, QA, and product stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, make data-driven trade-offs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Gainsight, Mixpanel) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning, and release management.
Experience working with event-tech or SaaS companies is a plus.
