As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in B2B product offerings and the innovative mind set to fill them. You’re a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release. You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.

The Product Manager is expected to:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap.
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
• Be an expert with respect to the competition.
• Act as a leader within the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 Years of Experience as a Product Manager.
• Should have knowledge of Agile Development practices and scrum master.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
• 4+ years of experience in a job in the market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Technical background, with experience in IT Domain.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Must be able to travel.
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
