Product Manager

Looking for a Dynamic Product Manager for a Tech platform based out of Mumbai!

Job Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand product demands, document requirements, and draw up a product development roadmap along with timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align everyone on product goals
• Work with the development team to strategise, manage their day-to-day operations and oversee the implementation of product development
• Collate design requirements based on feedback and insights, and determine product design and UI/UX
• Responsible for user acceptance, alpha and beta testing and feedback implementation
• Roll out new products/features/fixes
• Coach internal teams and external stakeholders on product development, functional enhancements, and feature/process upgrades
• Troubleshoot, document, and coordinate with relevant teams to address product queries in a time-bound manner
• Responsible for evaluating, empanelling and coordinating with various software/hardware vendors
• Understand user challenges, gain insights, suggest product and process improvements
• Ensure enterprise satisfaction and retention, source constructive feedback and relay it to the relevant teams
• Stay updated with target market and industry trends and newer technologies
• Explore and identify product-level integrations and new business opportunities

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a product team
• B. Tech, M.Sc. An IT (or similar) degree from a reputed institute or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required
• 3+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams on major enterprise projects
• Demonstrable knowledge of agile product management
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
• Proficient in team management software (like Trello /. Asana / Zoho / Figma / Visio, etc.)
• Technical knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel) will be a great plus
• Strong leadership and planning skills, and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated capability in executing project plans and driving initiatives to successful conclusions
• Ability to work in an environment with multiple priorities
• Proven ability to demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
