Job Summary

As a Product Manager at Bluphlux, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment technology. You will be responsible for driving the development and success of our innovative AI-driven recruitment solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and remain at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Bluphluxs AI-driven recruitment solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and translate them into detailed product specifications and roadmaps.
Work closely with the development team to ensure product features are implemented according to specifications and timelines.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product and user experience.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of Bluphluxs solutions both internally and externally.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven company.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in the context of recruitment or HR tech.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI-driven products or services.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
