About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can work directly with the founders to develop and refine the right product mix before launch. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and creative flair to bring science-backed, soft-luxury skincare and makeup products to life.

You’ll bridge the gap between R&D, formulation labs, manufacturers, and creative teams, ensuring every product aligns with AMPMGlow’s vision of minimalism, efficacy, and premium sensorial appeal.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with founders to define product strategy, roadmap, and category mix for launch and subsequent phases.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify white spaces, emerging trends, and consumer insights.

• Liaise with R&D partners, formulators, and manufacturing units to guide product development from ideation to pilot to production.

• Evaluate and optimize formulations, packaging, and pricing to achieve the desired product positioning and profitability.

• Collaborate with design, branding, and marketing teams to ensure product storytelling aligns with the brand ethos.

• Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and ensure timelines are met from concept to shelf.

• Manage third-party vendors, ingredient suppliers, and testing partners for product safety, efficacy, and compliance.

• Support the launch readiness process by coordinating with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4–6 years of experience in product management or brand innovation within skincare, cosmetics, or wellness categories.

• Strong understanding of formulations, packaging development, and consumer testing cycles.

• Ability to translate brand vision into tangible, differentiated products.

• Experience working with R&D labs, OEM manufacturers, and creative agencies.

• Analytical mindset with a creative eye and attention to sensorial details.

• Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to thrive in a startup-like, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
